Great Spanish Tapa

I don’t eat a lot of bread. So usually if I buy some, I alwasy have leftover. So what to do with it when its already little bit hard? Mostly my old bread ends up as Frech Toast. But today, inspired from my last trip to spain, I made delicious tomato bread Tapa. So easy and so good!

Ingredients: Leftover bread toasted in a toaster or frying pan, garlic, olive oil, small chubed cherry tomatoes, some italian parsley and iberico ham.

 

Tapa tomato crostini, ham, garlic, basil
