Summer finally arrived in Switzerland! I need something ice cold, like ice cream but healthy. That’s why I am a huge fan of nice cream (=nice (and healthy) ice cream). It is so healthy, you could even eat it for breakfast. I do sometimes :-). For a nice crunch I add some taco nips to the ice cream. Yummy!
Here I made some oriental cones with chickpea flour and a slight taste of cardamom. They are not as healthy as the ice cream but anyways they look so pretty and taste so good. I love to decorate the cones with chocolate and pistachio trimming.

And the best about this ice cream: Unfrozen it is a super delicious chocolate pudding!
INGREDIENTS
Chocolate Nice Cream: avocado, banana, caco powder, soaked dates, soaked cashew nuts, caco nips, vanilla, agave syrup, almond milk
Cones: chickpea flour, butter, sea salt, powder sugar, egg withe, vanilla, cardamom. Trimming: chocolate, pistachio
