I try to avoid food waste when ever possible. There is so much carrot greens on the carrots and it would be a shame to throw it away. So what can you do with a lot of it? A wonderful and tasty pesto! Pesto, especially this one, is quite more then a pasta sauce. You can use it as spread, with savory pancakes, with salads, as dip or as whatever you like. Be creative!
